1. What we collect
Account data (name, email, phone), the entry data you provide (names, birth dates, passport details, address), photos, the payment receipt, and technical records such as your IP address at the time of consent.
2. Why we use it
To prepare your entry, check your photos, submit it on your behalf, communicate about its status, and prevent duplicates and fraud. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
3. How we protect it
Photos and documents are stored in private storage that is not publicly accessible; sensitive fields such as passport number, birth date, address and phone are encrypted; only the entry owner and authorized administrators can reach them; and admin actions are logged.
4. Free checker photos
Photos you upload to the photo checker without an account are deleted from our servers automatically within an hour.
5. Retention
We keep photos and documents of completed orders for 18 months and then delete them automatically; we may keep a minimal record of the order for accounting and legal purposes.
6. Sharing
We enter your data on the program’s official website only with your authorization. We do not share it with others unless the law requires it.
7. Your rights
You may ask for a copy of your data, correction, or deletion unless we are required to keep it. Write to us at support@dvassist.test.
8. Cookies
We use essential session cookies for sign-in, language and form protection, and no advertising trackers.
