Plainly stated

The lottery space is full of scammers. That is why we put the facts in front of you on every page, and we will never ask for anything that contradicts them.

  • We will never promise a win or claim any influence over the selection.
  • We will never ask for extra fees posing as “government fees” or a “guarantee”.
  • We will never submit more than one entry for you, and never without your explicit consent.

Important notice, in plain words

Please read these facts before you start, so you can decide with full information.

  • This website is an independent private service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representing the US Government or the US Department of State.

  • The official entry on dvprogram.state.gov costs a $1 US government fee (non-refundable). You can enter yourself directly on the official website and pay only that $1.

  • Our 5.000 JOD fee covers only the help and submitting the entry on your behalf. The $1 government fee is passed through: we pay it for you when we submit and collect it from you, so you pay one total of 5.710 JOD.

  • Nobody, including us, can increase your chance of winning. The selection is entirely random.

  • Only one entry per person per year is allowed. Duplicate entries get you disqualified.

  • Results are published only on the official website. With the confirmation number we give you, you check them yourself.

Frequently asked questions

Quick answers; the full details are in the program guide

Does it cost anything to enter the lottery?

The official entry on dvprogram.state.gov costs a $1 government fee (non-refundable), and you can enter yourself there directly and pay only that. If you want our help, our service fee is 5.000 JOD for reviewing your data and submitting the entry, and the $1 official fee is passed through (we pay it for you), so you pay one total of 5.710 JOD. Using our help is entirely optional.

Do you increase my chances of winning?

No. The selection is completely random and nobody can influence it. All we do is reduce the chance of your entry being disqualified because of a mistake in the photo or the data.

Can I enter more than once?

No. Only one entry per person per year is allowed, and duplicates get all your entries disqualified. We check our own records to prevent duplicates, but it is your responsibility to make sure you have not entered elsewhere.

Who is eligible to apply?

You need to be born in an eligible country (or your spouse or parents were), and to hold a high school education or equivalent, or have two years of experience in a qualifying occupation within the last five years. Eligibility details are in the guide.

When and how do I find out the result?

Results are published only on the official website, usually in May of the year after registration, using your confirmation number. We will not contact you to announce a win; be wary of any message that claims so.

Are my data and photos safe?

Passports, photos and receipts are kept in private storage that is not publicly accessible, sensitive data is encrypted, only you and the team handling your order can see it, and it is deleted after the retention period.
